CUBE
COCOYAM

STEPS TO TAKE
- wash and boil your meat and fish, add salt, cube and little onions
- wash your cocoyam and boil it Note: DON'T REMOVE THE BACK
- wash and squeeze your bitter leave to remove the bitter testes in it
- when the cocoyam is done remove the back and pound it or grind it
- add more water on your meat and fish and put pepper, crafish and a cube
- after 5mins add your red oil and your bitter leaf
- put your cocoyam ( cocoyam helps make the soup to be tick and not watery)
- put your salt and teast the salt level
- allow it to boil till the cocoyam melts in the soup
