PREPARING DELICIOUS BEANS AND PLANTAIN
Beans and plantain is very nutritious and delicious too, some
prefer to cook with unripe plantain but I my self loves when it is
cooked with ripped plantain. Cooking with fried plantain is not bad
though but it depends on
the choice and the one at your disposal. You will
learn how to prepare a good delicious beans and plantain if you follow
the secret bellow.
THINGS NEEDED TO PREPARE BEANS AND PLANTAIN
BEANS (BROWN BEANS FOR ME)
PLANTAIN
CRAYFISH
PEPPER
SALT
RED OIL
ONIONS
VEGETABLE
STEPS TO TAKE
1. SELECT AND PARBOIL YOUR BEAN
2. AFTER 15MINS WASH THE BEANS AND START COOKING
3. PEEL AND SLICE YOUR PLANTAIN AND PUT IN A BASIN
4. CHECK YOUR BOILING BEANS, IF IT IS 70% DONE ADD YOU SALT, PEPPER, ONIONS AND CRAYFISH
5. AFTER 10 MINS ADD YOUR RED OIL, VEGETABLE AND SLICED PLANTAIN
6. ALLOW IT TO STAY LIKE 15MINS THEN CHECK IF IT IS DONE
7. CHECK THE SALT LEVEL
NOTE: MIND THE LEVEL OF WATER YOU WILL ADD IT DEPENDS ON HOW
WATERY YOU WANT IT TO BE.
